Aged in neutral oak, this zero dosage Champagne opens with kumquat zest and melon tones woven alongside shades of damp earth on this delicate nose. Fresh and showing good verve, this delivers bright citrus rind flavors with lighter wild mushroom and baked apple undertones that follow on the palate.
