This wine reminds me of a beautiful summer day on the ocean with a cool salty breeze. It is a 100% Pinot Noir Rosé that is tank fermented and finished for 4 months. The nose expresses aromas of freshly cut strawberry, watermelon and grapefruit pith. The palate is also dominated by fresh red fruits but also shows exotic flavors of papaya and orange zest. It’s crunchy, juicy and fun to drink.
