The 2020 Aesthete Sauvignon Blanc is aged for 7 months in 100% stainless steel and shows a shimmering yellow-gold core with a silvery rim in the glass. Fresh mint, gooseberries, and Honeydew melon dominate the nose on this delicious wine. Animated on the palate due to its citrusy acidity, it gifts a wonderful medium-bodied texture and a white grapefruit finish. Only 230 cases produced.
