A medium to dark garnet and ruby core with a blueish rim in the glass, the 2019 Aesthete Pinot Noir is aged for 20 months in a combination of 50% new and 50% neutral French oak. Ripe black cherries, black raspberries, toasted clove, potpourri, and wet autumn leaf aromas and flavors take center stage. Rounded, sweet tannins and silky acidity help complete the wine. Only 95 cases produced.
