A Chardonnay that is aged for 15 months in 100% French oak barrels, with 22% being new, the expressive nose of ripe red pear, yellow peach, freshly baked pizza dough, and Marcona almonds. Primary flavors of yellow nectarine, fresh apricot, lime zest, marzipan and a touch of freshly chopped mint form the lengthy and high-acid palate. This wine displays beautiful layers of minerality with hints of wet volcanic rock forming the core. 551 cases produced.
