00 WINES Chardonnay, Willamette Valley ‘VGW’ 2021

Always Dijon clone fruit and mostly Eola-Amity Hills and Mt Pisgha AVA, the 2021 Very Good White rests for 12 months in barrel (30% new French oak) and then 6 months in stainless steel. A light golden lemon core with a silvery rim shines in the glass, it gifts aromas of wet white clay, lemon essence, dried thyme, apricot skin, lemon verbena, and honeysuckle flowers. A medium-bodied mouthfeel, mouthwatering acidity, and a lengthy finish complete the wine. About 1200 cases produced
