The 2020 Willamette Valley Chardonnay was aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, with 25% of the wine allowed to go through malolactic fermentation. Wonderfully made and incredibly delicious, the notes of ripe yellow nectarine, apricot skin, dried lime zest, toasted tree nuts, and a touch of ground allspice hit the spot. It has a delicate yet firm texture and finishes with a lovely stone fruit and lemon characteristic on the mid-palate. Almost 2000 cases were made.
