I’ve always loved the Memoirs Pinot Noirs from winemaker and owner Mo Ayoub with each vintage featuring a new photo of his family. Grapes come from select vineyards over the Willamette Valley and always produce a scrumptious bottle of wine. Black raspberry, blue plum skin, candied rhubarb, bitter herbs, dried flowers, and spiced orange peel aromas and flavors jump from the glass. The wine gifts crunchy sweet tannins with enough acidity to balance everything out.
