WHITE ROSE Pinot Noir, Willamette Valley ‘Wine Maker’s Cuvée’ 2019

Ripe wild strawberry, red raspberry, a touch of stony minerality, lemon peel, and graphite define the 2019 Wine Maker’s Cuvee by White Rose. As with all of White Rose’s Pinot Noirs, this one is also fermented with 100% whole cluster and aged on 20-25% new French oak. It’s young, fresh, and delicate but also packs a wallop on the medium-bodied palate. Elevated acidity, crunchy tannins, and a lengthy finish define this wine that should age perfectly for another decade or two. Best in 2024. Only 125 cases produced.
