St. Innocent Pinot Noir 777 Clone is another beauty in 2018. It opens with a beautiful bouquet of wild cherry, dark berries, plum, savory herb, crushed gravel, and forest floor. There are secondary nuances of citrus, dried spice and spring flowers. On the palate this shines with beautiful black and red fruits, candied berries, earth and spices. Overall, this is a beautifully polished and focused Pinot Noir that will require a few years of bottle age before it will hit its stride and should be fantastic to approach over the course of next decade.
