This wine made by the talented Morgan Lee was aged in once used 500L puncheons for 21 months prior to bottling. The nose delivers lovely purity of fruit, with wild blackberry and black cherry that combine with Asian spice and black tea aromatics. On the palate this possesses a gorgoeus texture with ripe dark fruit flavors that combine with coffee grounds and shades of milk chocolate. Delicious now, this beautiful wine will continue to evolve over the next decade.
