A fantastic Pinot Noir coming from the Chehalem Mountains, comprised of 68% estate fruit, this wine sees 11 months of aging in French barrels with 29% being new. Aromas of black cherry, black raspberry, Chinese 5 spice, and red licorice form the core of the nose. Tannins are already integrated and acidity is high, delivering delicious dark fruit flavors and cinnamon stick notes, with a wet-slate minerality on the finish. 4935 cases produced.
