A pretty Chardonnay coming from La Belle Promenade vineyard, whole-cluster pressed, and aged in 24% new French oak barrels. The nose shines with aromas of fresh squeezed lemons, underripe pineapple, orange blossom, and fresh sea air. The palate is much the same but with added notes of ground nutmeg, tangerine oil, and enough oak to balance out the high acidity. 600 cases produced.
