The 2022 Eola-Amith Chardonnay from Lavinea was aged for 10 months in neutral French oak barrels and demonstrates a light lemony core with a watery rim in the glass. Light, refreshing, and drinkable, it boasts notes of white peach, sliced green apple, lemon zest, white flowers, dried sagebrush, and spice on the nose and on the palate. A little over 200 cases were produced.
