The lovely 2022 Edith Rosé from Cayuse was aged for 10 months in concrete and stainless steel vats and is made from 100% Grenache fruit. Beautiful to look at with its light pink salmon color that shines in the glass, it’s fresh, vigorous in the mouth, and pops with notes of green apple, raspberry essence, and fresh white wildflowers. Perfect levels of acidity aid in the long-lasting finish. I wouldn’t be surprised if this would drink well for 8-10 years with proper cellaring. Just 149 cases produced.
