The 2021 Bledsoe Family Winery Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a ruby-purple core with a neon purple rim in the glass and is a wonderful combination of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 9% Petit Verdot and 7% Malbec. Ripe blue fruit notes pop from the glass alongside shades of dusty earth, bramble, blue plum skin, tobacco leaf, sweet spice, and candied flower petals. Ripe tannins, mouthwatering acidity, and an earthy and long finish complete the wine. This one should age well for the next 10-15 years with proper cellaring. About 2,214 cases produced.
