BALBOA Cabernet Sauvignon, Walla Walla Valley ‘Reserve’ 2018

Aged for 30 months in 100% new French oak barrels and fruit that comes from the famed Rocks District, it features those lovely notes of black plums, boysenberry, tobacco leaf, dried cedary herbs, dusty road, and melted chocolate. It’s a softer Cabernet with lots of grace and polish, combining spicy and earthy attributes with the black-fruit-focused finish. Just a small production of 48 cases made.
