The Elizabeth Chardonnay is another impressive offering from The Bledsoe Family Winery. This opens with aromas of ripe yellow apple, pear, and white peach leading the way, backed by lemon crème fraiche, crushed stone, and fennel seed. On the palate this is polished and round with a beautiful mouthfeel. Lots of orchard fruits up front, followed by citrus, cream, and minerality on the backend. Really delicious today, especially with some extended air contact. Drink over the next 5-10 years.
