This lovely Chardonnay spends 9 months in French Burgundian oak barrels, 20% of which are new, and goes through secondary fermentation, giving the wine medium acidity and a full mouthfeel without it feeling buttery or over the top. Fresh peach and stone fruits fill the nose and the palate has hints of Asian pear, green apple, vanilla and cedar. 239 cases made.
