The 2017 Sauvignon from Massican comes from 25 year old vines located in Pope Valley. The aromas of citrus, tropical fruits, peach, fresh herb, lychee and green florals. Delicious and totaly inviting, with a gorgeous mouth coating texture. This has tremendous balance and weight trough the palate, with a lovely bright finish. This is fantastic now and given its structure this should certainly be capable of handling some short-term cellaring as well.
