The 2015 Proprietary Red starts off with a bouquet of dark fruits with dark chocolate on the nose. There is a really nice purity of fruit with black raspberry cordial, milk chocolate and cigar box flavors that connect with a nice verve. While delicious now, be sure to give this some air contact to fully express itself.
