The 2015 Coeur is another extreamly impressive release from Hall in this vintage. This Saint Helena red is primarily composed of Cabernet Sauvignon, and instantly begins to impress as it shows remarkable purity of fruit on the nose, with aromas of crème de cassis, blueberry compote, mocha and anise adding further complexity. On the palate this possesses wonderful richness and depth, with a gorgeous seamless quality, as dense layers of blueberries, dark fruits and espresso bean continue to build. The finish shows wonderful viscosity and tension, this will be another age-worthy wine from Hall.
