Aged for 16 months in all neutral French puncheons, the 2021 Reserve Grenache gifts a medium to dark ruby core with a neon purple rim. Bountiful notes of deep red cherries, lemony herbs, pomegranate seeds, dried strawberries, peppery herbs, and candied plums pop from the glass. On the nose and the palate, copious amounts of floral notes (violet and rose) present themselves nicely. Sweet tannins lead to a concentrated fruit and earth finish. Only about 45 cases were made.
