Very similar to the 2021 Tinaquaic Chardonnay, the 5 Rows comes from the 1989 original plantings of the vines. It’s aged for 8 months in once-used French oak puncheons. Displaying a light neon lemon core with a silvery rim in the glass, it gifts notes of orchard apple, fresh peach, dried thyme, and hints of forest floor and mushroom. Full-bodied and rich on the tongue, it ends with a sweet apple tone on the mid-palate. Just a small production of 52 cases were made.
