Fresh and lovely on the nose with aromas of white flowers, fresh lemon zest, Asian pear, and just a touch of ground cinnamon stick. It’s aged for 9 months sur lie in 20% new French oak which gives it its lovely medium body, but only undergoes 75% malolactic fermentation which defines the lively acidity. This is an unbelievably good wine for the price point. Best buy.
