Another stellar vintage of this scrumptious Chardonnay from Bien Nacido Estate. Leaping from the glass are scrumptious aromatics of lemon zest, ripe white peach, toasted almonds, orange blossom and white pepper. The mouthfeel is medium to full with a length that goes on for minutes. Flavors of oystershell, nectarine and a touch of orange essence fill the palate with secondary characteristics of sweet clove and fresh earth pop in the mouth. A lovely wine that drinks wonderfully now, but should cellar for another 7-10 years. I dare you to find a better Chardonnay from the Central Coast for the price point. Highly recommended.
