I adore Cabernets from Red Mountain, and Passing Time always does an incredible job showcasing the terroir. This blend of 97% Cabernet and 3% Cabernet Franc sports a lovely nose of black cherry, black plum, crushed boysenberries, toasted anise, mountain sagebrush, tilled earth, and shades of lemongrass. Incredible balance between the mouthwatering acidity and the rich tannins. Enjoy this one now with a hard decant, or enjoy over the next 15 years or more. Highly recommended.
