The 2020 Minister checks in with 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 20% Cabernet Franc and is aged for 22 months in 30% new French oak barrels. Sporting a medium neon ruby core with a brickish rim, it immediately smells of Christmas spices, blue plums, and cranberry. Candied orange peel and cedary herbs hit the palate, while the rounded tannins and yummy acidity keeps everything in balance. 250 cases were made.
