A Rosé made from Pinot Noir grapes, it is partially fermented in neutral oak barrels and partially in stainless steel tanks. It is whole pressed and has an astonishing salmon color to it. The wine shows aromas and flavors of lime, watermelon, crisp green apples and blanched almonds. The acidity is on point and works perfectly with the fresh fruit flavors of the wine. 140 cases produced.
