The Pinot Noir from Shea Vineyard is wonderful showing from St. Innocent in this vintage. The 2017 opens to a fantastic aromatics profile of ripe dark berries and black cherries which are woven together with tilled soil, crushed stone, herbs and fresh floral notes all emerging from the glass. It possesses a medium body, that is well-balanced, and displays notable concentration through the finish. Overall, this is a lovely effort that should offer a drinking window of a decade plus.
