The 2018 Yamhill Springs Vineyard Pinot Noir is composed from Wädenswil and Dijon 777 clones and was aged 12 months in 100% French Oak (25% new oak). It begins with gorgeous aromas of fresh raspberries, sweet red berries which are laced with dried exotic spices, florals, white pepper, eucalyptus, orange zest and hints of dried soil all taking shape. On the palate this possesses wonderful balance and finesse, with beautiful flavors of red fruit, spices, florals and earth that persist all they way through the silky finish. The 2018 is outstanding today and should go on to age incredibly well for years to come.
