This Shea West Pinot spends 16 months in 30% new French oak barrels and is fermented with 20% whole cluster. A fun wine that shows aromas of bing cherries, lavender, milk chocolate and baking spices in the glass. The palate shows firm but integrated tannins and balanced acidity with a full mouthfeel and flavors of Disaronno liquor, black cherry and tangerine peel. Give this a few hours of decant before enjoying for the fruit to fully blossom. Only 85 cases produced.
