Chardonnay planted in 1998, the Etoille Vineyard sees very little morning sunlight. This gorgeous wine brings a Chablis-like character to the nose and the palate. It’s lighter and more refreshing on the nose than its siblings. Notes of freshly squeezed citrus, yellow apple, peach skin, dried herbs, and blanched almonds are all present and wonderfully balanced. Together with the higher levels of acidity, this is a focused wine with a beautiful racy finish. Just 130 cases were made.
