Fermented and aged in 100% neutral French oak barrels, the nose would be a dead ringer for an orange wine with a lot of skin contact during fermentation. Showing aromas of honeydew melon, red apple, ground walnut shells, juniper and orange peel. The palate is fresh and clean, giving flavors of green melon, yellow pear and hazelnuts with beautiful acidity. 160 cases produced.
