A simple but gorgeous Pinot Noir, made from estate-grown fruit at Winter’s Hill Dundee Hills estate. It doesn’t have a ton of complexity to it, but it’s red fruit driven at its core, with secondary notes of dried rosemary and a touch of cinnamon. The palate is much the same with medium levels of acid and integrated tannin structure.
