I’ve always thoroughly enjoyed the Sparkling Wines coming out of Brick & Mortar. They have a knack for creating some of the most quaffable sparklers from the area. The 2018 Blanc de Blancs is just old enough for some of those wonderful secondary notes to take shape. Think notes of green apples, baked biscuits, lemon zest, apricot skin, and toasted almonds. The delicate mousse finishes things off nicely. Enjoy this one over the next 15 years.
