A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon that is aged for 22 months in 225L French oak barrels, with 66% being new. In the glass, the wine displays medium ruby and is quite light in color for a Cabernet. What it might lack in color, it makes up on the nose - black currant, boysenberry, baking spices, vanilla and oak are all present. It reminds me of Christmas in a glass. The palate brings medium high acidity, smooth tannins and an easy finish. Serve this with just a touch of chill on it. Only 346 cases produced.
