BANSHEE Pinot Noir 'Marine Layer' 2014

The 'Marine Layer' Pinot Noir comes from three vineyard sites, Coastlands, Rice-Spivak, Jack Hill and Thorn Ridge. This has lovely aromatics of fresh red cherries and raspberries along with spices and sage. This leads to flavors of cherry cola, orange rind, and cram-pomegranate all wrapped in in fine silky tannins. Overall, the 2014 'Marine Layer' Pinot Noir is a delicious and well-balanced wine that should continue to evolve beautifully over the next decade. (Best 2016-2027) - March, 2016 (OB)
