It delivers gorgeous aromas and flavors of ripe Asian pear, citrus, green apple, vanilla blossom, honey, slate and flinty minerals which are all woven together in this flat-out delicious Chardonnay. This wine is balanced and symmetrical with amazing purity of fruit through the palate. Everything comes together beautifully on the richly textured body which is balanced by the gorgeous acidity that resonates through the finish. A beautiful showing from Eric Demuth.
