Ancillary Cellars Sangiacomo Vineyard Chardonnay comes from the vineyards Heritage Block, which consists of old Wente clones planted in 1968. It opens up to gorgeous aromas of Meyer lemon, lime peel, honeysuckle, and pear, coupled with tarragon, and crushed almond that all burst from the glass. The palate shows wonderful balance, with flavors of lemon curd, green apple tart, honey and hints of herb. Delicious today, enjoy over the next 5-6 years.
