This fantastic Pinot Noir comes from the Wildcat Mountain Vineyard, which is comprised of volcanic soils and located at 750 feet elevation. It has a beautiful nose, with expressive aromas of strawberries, black cherry, loam, and fresh herbs along with forest floor and spring flowers. On the palate this possesses a gorgeous silky texture, with lots of spice and fresh red fruits leading into the soft finish. This is drinking beautifully today, and should continue to evolve nicely over the course of the next decade.
