A remarkable Sauvignon Blanc from the Dick Boushey vineyard that is aged for 14 months in concrete egg, which adds structure, weight and generous aromas of fresh pear, nectarine and freshly cut grass. It is lush and full on the palate, sporting high acidity, a silky mouthfeel and flavors of ripe yellow peach and ground mustard seed. Only 375 cases produced.
