Barrel fermented using native yeast and bottled unfined, the fruit is 60% Boushey Vineyard and 40% Red Willow. Lemon peel, white grapefruit and gooseberry dominate the nose. The palate delivers racy acidity with flavors of grapefruit and citrus dominating and secondary notes of pineapple and graham cracker, ending in a lengthy gorgeous finish.
