This stunning Cabernet instantly impresses with its seductive aromatics of fresh ripe blackberries and dark currants that are woven together with graphite, cocoa powder, violets, herbs and mineral nuances all taking shape. Medium to full-bodied, and impeccably structured with beautifully polished, velvety tannins wrapping the deep core of ripe dark fruit. It goes on to display wonderful concentration and precision, remaining incredibly focused before expanding across the palate. Dr. Olmo is a total beauty in this vintage and while it is already utterly captivating it also displays the potential to thrive in the cellar for decades.
