Fermented in neutral French oak barrels and then aged in stainless steel, this combination of Malbec (41%), Cabernet Franc (29%), and Tannat (30%) is direct-pressed with minimal time on the skins. Fruit-forward notes of red raspberry, yellow apple, Rainer cherry, honeysuckle, and just a hint of toasted almond hit the nose and the palate. Lovely acidity adds to the citrusy, herbal finish on the mid-palate.
