MORGAN Pinot Noir, Santa Lucia Highlands ‘Twelve Clones’ 2019

A Pinot Noir which stems from 12 different clones in some of the finest vineyards of Santa Lucia Highlands, this wine is aged for 9 months in 11% new French oak barrels. Displaying translucent ruby in the glass, the impressive nose pops with fresh aromas of pomegranate, red raspberry, dried mint and red flower petals. Delivering racy acidity on the palate, followed by lengthy fruit flavors of wild strawberry, tangerine peel, olive oil and dried herbs. Tannins are already integrated in this delicious wine that is ready to drink now but will last for another 5 years or more.
