Gavin Chanin's Pinot Noir from Los Alamos is another beautiful offering in his 2019 lineup. It opens with a plethora of different red and blue berries, along with intense floral notes, dark cherry, spice, leather, dark soil, lavender and hints of vanilla bean. This is elegant and refined with lots of beautiful berry, earthy and spice flavors coming across the palate. Beautiful today but will develop over the next decade or more.
