This GSM blend of 45% Grenache, 32% Syrah, and 25% Mourvedre makes up the 2021 Los Molinos from Andrew Januik. Light to medium ruby cored with a lighter pink rim, it explodes with those lovely GSM notes of red cherries, blueberries, black peppercorn, olive brine, dried thyme, dried mint, and dusty country road. Tannins are sweet and smooth, pairing beautifully with the lemony acidity. Enjoy this one over the next 8-10 years.
