Primarily sourced from the 2016 vintage, the wine was aged for two years on lees prior to bottling and was given 5 g/L dosage. Showing brioche with bright red fruit and citrus rind on the nose, the wine takes on a silky mousse. The palate has a kiss of sweetness with red cherry candy, guava, strawberry and Mandarin orange rind. This is highly refreshing and made for the short-term.
