The ‘Cuvee B’ is a silky blend of 59% Merlot with the remainder Cabernet Sauvignon. This great wine was aged for 26 months in 30% new French oak prior to bottling. The wine shows a nice dark fruit profile with a touch of chocolate and Turkish coffee on the palate, with minerals at the finish. I can see this cellaring marvelously for a decade or more.
